Pastor Le V. Bailey II, whom we affectionately call Bishop, is a great Teacher, Preacher, and Entrepreneur. Bishop serves as a spiritual father and mentor to many sons and daughters. He has been married to Dr. Tonya Bailey since 1996, and to their union they have 5 children, and a Granddaughter. Many people that are closely connected to Pastor affectionately call him Dad as well. Bishop’s style of ministry is very practical in his approach. His burden is giving voice to the underrepresented, particularly those that have been traumatized generationally. His teaching style is an organic blend of humor, methodologies, life skill application, and relevant. He believes strongly in serving his generation in being relevant to reaching, rebuilding and restoring believers, from all different walks of life. A native of Flint, Michigan, but born in Marquette, Pastor Le is a product of Flint Community Schools; Flint Academy High School and served our country for six years as an Operations Specialist in the United States Navy. Pastor is also the Founding Father of Pure Life International Fellowship. Pure Life is a Spirit filled, multicultural, and interdenominational fellowship.

After launching multiple businesses, Bishop would be classified as Serial Entrepreneur. He also is a U.S. Patent owner of compression magnetic wear, which promotes pain relief and reduces swelling, and just recently a patent pending for Beard maintenance and grooming product from a company he started called in 2019, called 1705 Beard Co. He is passionate about raising up and supporting entrepreneurs in their God-given talents and abilities and has plans to start G.R.I.T. (gather resourceful innovative thinkers). “All good GRITS need to be stirred.”
Prior to starting his own business, Pastor Le worked as a Program Manager for General Motors for over 10 years at the Warren Technology Center-Vehicle Timing Group.
Pastor also founded and created PAPAS. (Pick A Place and Start), a community development corporation. PAPAS primary aim is to promote youth development and the cultural and economic revitalization of the Flint and Genesee County Community.
